Shipping costs are based on the order total and average 12-15%. Shipping costs for all wholesale orders will be applied at checkout. Most items are in stock but on occasion, backorders are necessary. Please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery. Rush orders are accomodated so just let us know. In the event of a backorder, your packing list will show you which items are pending and when they will be available to ship. Keep in mind there is no reorder minimum but ordering in larger amounts incurs less Shipping and Handling fees.
What to do if your items arrive damaged:
We hope you will be pleased with your purchases. We work extra hard to package our products so that they arrive safely. If damage has occurred in shipping, save the damaged items and the box and give us a call. We will give you special instructions for pick up and make sure you get a replacement right away.
Returns and Exchanges:
Merchandise may be sent back for exchange or credit within two weeks of purchase. Refunds will be issued for products only if they are returned in their original condition. All sale items are final purchase and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please note also that custom items cannot be exchanged. Custom items include any items that have been custom colored. Returns on delivered orders will incur return delivery costs plus a 20% restocking fee. Original delivery charges, if applicable, are not refundable.
Please pack and return merchandise to us in its original packaging. Be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. You are responsible for all shipping costs for returned merchandise.
